- Reservation Confirmation:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid booking request and payment.
- Payment:
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees, which will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made within 7 days/weeks prior to the check-in date may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the booking fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.
- Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 02:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in designated non-smoking areas.

- We reserve the right to terminate a guest’s stay if they fail to comply with our terms and conditions or engage in disruptive behavior, without providing a refund.
